- I am a published historian, conservative activist and public servant. My historical publications include a chapter entitled "The Aftermath," in Lepanto by G.K. Chesterton and The Centennial History of Holy Rosary Parish: 1904-2004 Reading, PA. My political writings have also been published, including in National Review. I serve on the Board of Directors of the Italian-American Cultural Center of Pennsylvania. I was elected a Reading School Director in 2005, serving until 2009, and then was appointed to the Board of Directors to fill a vacancy in 2013, earning a reputation as a fiscal conservative and reformer. I was appointed to the Reading Planning Commission in 2014 and elected Chairman in 2017. I served as Chairman of Reading's Home Rule Charter Commission from 2019-2020; amendments the Commission proposed were enacted that protected the Separation of Powers.

Yes, I pray that we are successful in blocking the Freedom of Choice Act, which is one of the examples of Obama's radical policies that could be most damaging to which I was referring. We should educate people as to how radical the proposal is. It would overturn state laws regulating abortion, such as parental notification, end the ban on partial-birth abortion and force taxpayers to pay for abortion on demand.
